The size variation within the batch does not exceed 10%, and mixing with garlic smaller than 6.4 cm is not permitted. It has a thick, intact skin and an intense purple color, with compact, firm, and well-formed cloves. The roots are completely removed, and the residual length of the collar is up to 2 cm. Products with mechanical damage, visible dirt, or exposed cloves are not accepted. Dried garlic has a moisture content of ≤ 65%, a strong and pungent flavor, and no strange odors. The germination rate is less than 3%, and internal defects, insect infestation, frost damage, or sunburn are not permitted. Under proper refrigerated storage conditions, the product can have a shelf life of up to 9 months, ensuring a stable supply throughout the year.
