About Us

For over two decades, MN Trading PT has proudly sourced and delivered seasonal British produce and premium Italian specialities to London’s hospitality with unmatched dedication. We are committed to sustainability and aim to be the driving force transforming the supply chain. This commitment is not just a principle; it’s at the core of everything we do. We recently achieved ISO 14001 and Zero Waste to Landfill certifications, confirming that we have an effective environmental management system to manage the immediate and long-term environmental impacts of our products, services, and processes. Our rich heritage traces back to the Thorogood family’s vegetable farming roots, blending tradition with a forward-thinking approach. We believe that exceptional dishes are built on the finest ingredients, and behind every great restaurant is a supplier that really knows their produce.
